2 YEAR WARRANTY

Flight Snowboards warrants all of its products to be free of any manufacture’s defects for a period of two (2) years in material or craftsmanship effective for snowboards built after 17.04.2020 . If any product is found to be defective by Flight Snowboards, Flight Snowboards is only responsible for the  replacement of the defective product. Flight Snowboards shall not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages to the product as a result of loss or use of the product. The warranty only applies to products purchased through the Flight Snowboards website and is only valid for the original purchaser with receipt. If a valid warranty claim is established the purchaser is responsible for shipping charges for the replacement board.

NOT COVERED

​

  • Normal wear and tear of the product.

  • Damage caused by the misuse or abuse of the product.

  • Damage caused from an improper mount or adjustment of the bindings

  • Damage caused by use of solvents, adhesives or LOC-TITE®.

  • Damage caused from chairlifts.

  • Damages incurred in shipping.

  • Warranty becomes void if any modification, change, or alteration has been made to the product.

  • Rock and any other impact related damage.

 

All coverage under this warranty is void if any modification, change or alteration has been made to the product that is not specifically authorized in writing by Flight Snowboards. Replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty only. All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt from the Flight Snowboards website. 

 

CUSTOM SNOW BOARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Flight Snowboards is not responsible for any submissions that infringe on copyright laws. It is your responsibility, not ours, to make sure that the art or photos submitted to be placed on a board are your work and your work only, not someone else’s. We are not liable for any copyright material submitted.

  • Flight Snowboards reserves the right to reject or accept any images submitted for custom snowboard designs. Any art, photos, notes, drawings, concepts, sketches, paintings or any other submissions shall be property of Flight Snowboards. We reserve the right to re-use custom submissions in any marketing, promotional, advertising materials or graphic designs. 

  • Exact colour matching is not guaranteed. Graphic placement may vary based on size of board and material shrinkage. Exact graphic placement is not guaranteed.

  • All custom snowboard sales are final.
