Custom Snowboards and Bindings:


Unfortunately at Flight Snowboards we do not accept any returns or provide refunds as all items are custom designed to the client’s requirements and are final sale. For more information regarding warranty claims please visit our Warranty – T’s & C’s page.

General Retail ( Smith Optics , Dakine and FS Products)


Due to health concerns we are unable to accept returns on Goggles, Gloves, Helmets and Beanies. Please consider this when making your purchase.


For apparel and items such as t-shirts, hoodies, pants, ski bags, and snowboard bags, return policy as follows.


If you change your mind or choose the wrong size we will offer you a Refund, Exchange or Store Credit providing the following conditions are met.
 
- The item(s) is returned to Flight Snowboards via registered post or in person within 30 days of purchase
- You provide a copy of the proof of purchase
- The item has not been worn or used in any way
- The item is in original condition equipped with all swing tags, labels and packaging
- The packaging has not been marked, stained or destroyed in any way
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable and the cost of the return is at your expense


If these requirements are not satisfied, Flight Snowboards reserves the right to NOT offer an exchange or store credit.
